I bought my Amtrak Car Train tik for the trip to Bike Week - I would ride back.  I leave VA on 5 MAR -- so it will ice/sleet/snow on 5 MAR to prevent me from getting to the train.  I friggin just know it !!!!!!!!! L O L !!!!!!!!

They let you take a bike on the train? I would definitely consider doing that. My wife told me they didn't, probably her way of keeping me rom going...DAG!

My pals have used the car train many times -- have not heard complaints.  If I did not have to get some work done I'd be riding down too instead of just riding back - maybe - but like I said - IT WILL SNOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
