Clutch Failures?

I bought my bike last August, got about 3,500 miles on it before putting it down for winter.  One morning i got ready to go for a ride, and the clutch wouldn't engage.  HD dealer came and picked it up, installed a new clutch actuator and it was fine.  Messing around with it the other day, backed it out of my trailer did some work, started it up to pull it back in, clutch failure again!  Sucks because I cant even ride it to the dealer come spring, this is the second time. Fortunate both failures were not while on a trip or something? Let me know if you have had problem and what was the fix?  No apparent fluid leak!
