I don't have the answer to your question but if you are looking to buy one, you might want to ask your service department if they have one lying around.  HD is selling a lot of 103's these days so someone may have taken one off in favor of a custom....  That is how I got my SE 110 cover.  Free!

Have seen that cover on a new bike on a dealer floor.  Think it was a 2011 Road Glide.  If used on stock bikes might not be in the P&A book.  Number will have to come from a parts book for the bike.

Wow...That thing went for over $120!!

Zanottis has that part # for $41.60 plus ship......

Its a great looking part though...May have to get one..
