Hi All,

Well, finally got my Frosted Ivory FLTRUSE, picked it up last Tuesday, no posts as I've been busy fitting my fullsac stage 1 kit, and riding it. (650 miles so far)

It seems that Harley forgot to send an owners manual, which, apart from one thing, hasn't proved too much of a problem, I've kind of figured things out.

BUT, I cannot get the gps instructions through the radio, it mutes the music, but I hear nothing, the gps volume is on max, and so is the radio. Any thoughts.

By the way, the ride home was awesome, and when I fitted the Fullsac header and 2.0 baffles, together with steves map, oh my, what a bike!!

make sure the GPS volume is not muted. on the GPS unit press the volume icon to make sure it doesn't show mute. While the voice inctruction of the GPS is playing thru the speakers  pressing on the audio vol switch on the bars will make it louder. The audio switch on the bars does not affect the volume settings within the GPS unit. So maybe thats turned down. Hope this helps. Enjoy the new bike. Rick

Another idea is the speaker switch settings are"
Forward=radio & gps thru headset only
middle=radio thru seakers, GPS thru headset
rear=radio & GPS play thru speakers.
Troubleshooting gps unit:
1- no voice instruction audio= When voice instructions are being played (radio cuts out)
 press down on the +/audio/-switch to increase the gps volume.
2-  adjust volume setting for gps unit.
3-    push speaker switch to rearward position.

Picked mine up from Newcastle uk on Saturday, also with no owners manual , absolutely awesome bike

Congratulations,  you got the best color, ride it proud!.  The GPS speaker interface will drive you nuts, but you got to make sure that the speaker switch is pushed down towards you.  You can adjust the volume on the unit and on the bike PTT when it cuts in. 

Now go out and ride!

 one other thing the voice on gps is not clear at times no fix  but i was going to call Harley today but forgot i Well try tomorrow if i get a chance.  I have already update gps did not fix
