Threw me off with the title of the thread.  I thought you were talking about fired00d's mental health.  ;D

Very nice, btw. :2vrolijk_21:

That bike is scary in pieces. :o I was told at the dealer that CVO bikes were tricked out to the max and no after mods were necessary. :D

Having two bikes is great especially if they are very different flavors. One touring other softail or dyna.

Mods are ALWAYS necessary. Even though CVO bikes are tricked out they are
also generic. Power comfort and "that certain look" mods are usually needed to tailor the
bike to a persons particular taste. " or lack thereof ".

Ain't that the truth mate I've seen some ugly bikes that required a lot of money to make that way. Something tells me this green bike torn apart is NOT one of those.

It is also interesting to see the balance between cosmetic and performance improvements that people choose.

Twenty Thousand Dollars worth of modifications to a Thirty Thousand Dollar motorcycle

                       All

Sitting on an $80 jack

No disrespect taken, very valid point! And consideration taken.

The bike and mods did however survive my junk jack and is back together and almost complete!

Gorgeous. Beautiful job of having an image in your mind of the finished product and being able to follow through on it. I am neither a green person nor a blacked out look person but you've combined the two into one of the nicest looking rides on the site. My hat's off to you

Now go buy a decent lift for it before it falls off that cheapo one and ruins everything
