Maybe the other SERG riders figured out they didn't need an aftermarket aircleaner and just stuck with the stock Ventilator, which is a pretty good flowing aircleaner.

There are plenty of other alternatives out there that might flow a little more, but everything has it's pluses and minuses.  The deep round elements from folks like Zippers, Ness, Dougherty, etc. might flow a little more air, but they also stick out a lot more, right into the area occupied by your leg.  You didn't mention what other mods you're running, and what kind of numbers you're looking for (air flow, dyno, ?).  Unless you've made significant mods to the breathing capabilities of the engine, the aircleaner you have is fine.

One alternative would be the new K&N filter that HD is OEMing out.

Jerry is correct, above.  The Ventilator is a good a/c.  If you use the search function here, there were some posts that compared it to the HD "Heavy Breather" which I have and is pictured below.  There was a negligible peak hp difference.  Kuryakyn also makes one.  No need to change but if you want a different look, then there are many choices...

Really like my new K&N. waited a long time but always satisfied with K&N Products. Bought two just to make sure I got one.
