I like the powder coat on the shift arm too, it looks cheap from the factory, crap something else to do.

Thanks Don

Great idea color coating that shift arm on the tranny....I always hate looking at the back of that thing on a dresser.  That'll look bitchin' from the high-side of the motor.  :2vrolijk_21: har. spyder

The forward shift arm is done too.  Some of the forward shift arms are plain.  Some have a B&S logo in the middle of them.  Fortunately had one with the logo stuck in a drawer and it still stands out with the color coating.  Going to have a chrome shift linkage between them though.  To break up the visual field a bit.

And why would you want the BS logo to stand out on something so prominent on your bike?   :o  har.  spyder

Biggest reason is the contrast looks better than just another flat empty spot.  It is small though.  You'll have to look for it.

Don,

I can't believe you still have that plain rubber breather hose on your transmission.

I really like that 12 point on the shift lever, nice touch of ocd you got there.

Only for now to keep the hose plugged Matt.  Somewhere in the parts pile is one of the little short tubes that gets covered by a chrome shroud with a vent hole in it.  Wasn't going to waste time digging for it.  It'll find it's way to the transmission eventually.

     Brad

Just new wheels for the BNANA Brad. Went with a 21 on front and 18 on back Renegade
Tahoe. I like the 5 spoke design. So far I have just ridden it home from the shop, looking forward
to first good ride to see how they ride and handle. Will post pics when I get my new Klock Werks
front fender painted and put on. I hope it will be an Improvement in looks and handling.

If you don't like the "covered" shifter, solid arms are available in chrome or ready for powder coat.

Don't remember where I got it (ebay though) Solid arm, same dimensions as stock. Looks good on both sides.
