Here is where I'm leaning after the replies.  4" Rineharts, Fullsac ceramic x pipe with the downloader...I think its the Stage One Sleeper kit.  I'm not going with the grinding the baffles out of the stocks.  I sat on an 06 SE Ultra Classic with Rineharts and almost bought the bike for the sole reason the pipes sounded so good.

As you can tell by my mod list in my signature, I can't argue with that  :2vrolijk_21:

I'd buy the TTS and of course the Fullsac x pipe from Fullsac direct, and he'll email you the map for it. I recently bought the Rineharts for $529.00 shipped from Eastern Performance in Maryland- probably the best price you'll find, along with fast shipping and great service.

The TTS map I originally got (and still run) was for the Fullsac 2.25" baffles, x pipe and hi flow cleaner, so I imagine Steve (owner of Fullsac and forum member) will likely provide you with the same map. Don't know if you caught my topic I recently posted, but I just had the bike in to a reputable tuner who didn't recommend going for a custom map after he dyno'd it, as he said it had great hp/tq curves, and was running great (93.7 hp/115 tq corrected).

And btw, I like it loud as well, and I have no complaints.

Your bike is what I have been specing as a matter of fact from the previous posts.  What size slip ons do I need from Rinehart?  4' with the 1 3/4" ends?  Then the ceramic coated x pipe...and re use my heat shields?  Also, is the tuner hard to download?  Huge difference in heat under the right leg?

And as a side bar...how do you like your windshield (windjacket) compared to the 12" Klockwerks???

Thanks again...and the Orange is awesome.

Just ask for the 4" Rinehart slip ons- the 4" is the diameter of the muffler (as opposed to the old 3 1/2" ones). The 4" comes standard with the 2.25" baffle, so no need to specify what size baffle you want, because that is how it comes. Your only choice as far as options go is if you want the chrome tips or black tips. Most go for the black, I went for the chrome.

When you order the x pipe, tell Steve you have a 110", so he will recommend the "b" pipe, which is for the 110"s. Yes, you re-use your stock heat shields.
The TTS is easy to download onto your bike. Just print out the instructions that come on the disc you get, and if you have any questions, ask someone here or call Steve at Fullsac- he is a nice guy and very helpful. It's pretty easy- you just plug it into the bike, and click a few things, and you're done.

I can't comment on the heat as I bought my bike second hand and it never had the cat in it (had a catless headpipe, but I still chose to put on the x pipe), but I hear it makes quite a difference with the heat. Not sure if you plan on putting on lowers, but I have the soft removable ones, as I find the heat is much more noticeable with lowers on, and don't like to run them when it's over 75 degrees.

For my windshield, I have the 10" Windvest, and like it better than the 12" Klockwerks, as do most, but windshields are a tough one to recommend to someone, as there are so many variables (seat height, the riders height, torso height, and even handlebars because they also dictate how upright you sit). For me, I like some wind, so the 10" should be a keeper for daily use, but I will probably order the 12" before I take any long trips.

I should get around to posting some updated pic's- a lot of these mod's I speak of are new for this riding season...last time I tried to post pics, they were too large, so I'll have to take some smaller sized ones to post.
