Welcome from Oklahoma. Be glad she has insurance. Illegal here hit and run my truck in a parking lot and at least a few good people got the tag number. Too bad they didn't have insurance and cops did nothing to them. Be lucky if I ever get my deductable back.

I had a mishap the first 20 miles, had about $4,000 in replacing parts plus labor,
If you get a bid from the dealer turn that into Insurance, they will pay you on that.
Then go to the parts counter and ask for 20% off on the parts, and install your own parts if you are handy with fixing things
I save enough to buy more chrome :)

You guys are much more friendly here! I'm an amateur triathlete and am on a couple of those forums. Mostly great people, but also a lot of wannabe d-bags who feel the need to tout their podium finishes and lecture people. If I posted a similar accident there I'd have a bunch of replies as to what I did wrong!

Thanks for the support on the mishap!  Luckily it was minor and no injuries. I think I feel physical pain when I see a nice bike go down lol!

So far I'm loving what you guys have done with your CVOs!  Fullsac stage 1 and 2 kit should be in my hands Tuesday...
