Twin Tec EFI Controller
« on: May 11, 2006, 05:16:43 PM »

Has anyone had any experience with this system ?   It's a closed loop system with twin O2 sensors.   Doesn't require dyno tuning and constantly adjusts for conditions.  Steep price to start with but sounds like it migh be the way to go.

Did I read somewhere that Rinehart is now offering headers with the O2 sensor bung built in?

We just installed our first kit. Very straight forward. Just read the manual a few times before you start.
Check every connection twice (we managed to swap rear and front sensor......).
It looks to be running very good. We tested it on a dyno. Nu real world riding yet. But it did feel good on the dyno.

Now the ECU should learn the AFR by just riding it.

If it works as advertised the price is worth it.

That's good to hear.  I was starting to worry when no one replied with any experiences.
What pipes are you running ?   Any other mods ?   What kind of dyno #'s did you see ?

No AFR graph, you are correct.
We only used the DTT datalog software at that time.

Hopefully we will be able to put it on the dyno again after it made some miles.
We will use the dyno AFR during those runs.
