day 5 tue jun 14th:
our first day ride in tahoe a nice relaxing 120 mile ride

we went around the lake and over donner pass

we started the day about 2/3 way back in the pack

the views around the lake were unbelieveable

the curves were enough to entertain but not to challenging to be able to enjoy the views

once in a while the pack was going in different directions through the switch backs

day 8 fri jun 17th:
it was time to say our goodbyes to everyone and finish the west bound journey we had started.

heading west from tahoe we stopped at metal dragon for oil changes and some new dakota digital gauges that steve had ordered from jim.

a couple of small unscheduled jobs and we headed for the bay to find a place to stay and meet up with some cousins in the area. spent more time at metal dragon then we did riding only did about 215 miles
