Welcome to the site from Tennessee! I had PCIII on 1999 Road King, currently on 2003 Road King, PC/V on my 2009 SEUC. works well on all.

I'm not totally sure, but I believe the PCIII was last used on '08s and the PCV was for '09 and newer.

I think that's generally true, but FuelMoto modifies or re-programs the PCV for '08s--I have a PCV on my '08 SEUC, with the AutoTune modules and wide-band O2 sensors, that I bought from FuelMoto with tuning parameters already set.  I went with this setup so I could try different air cleaners, headers, and mufflers without going to the dyno every time.  I've had good results with it.

I had a PCIII, tuned by Doc in Florida, that ran great, but it lacked the flexibility of the PCV w/ AT.

I had a power comander 5 installed and dyno tuned by roadhog motorcycles last year at the full throttle in Sturgis ,,, The bike initially worked great ,, but now it seems to be intermittant . The Dynojet site dosent list the power commander 5 for the 08 ,,, just 09 and later .
