Chris and Ann e-mail a note and many photo,s of the day . the photo,s show up in a small string  i came to this one and had to blow it up cause in it,s small state it looked like it said Free weed---ak

I got an email from Anne this morning, in response to one I'd sent to them.  She promises that the next set of pics will have some pics of the two of them on their bike together.

She says her little nest up on top is very comfortable and cozy. :2vrolijk_21:  Of course I'm sure it helps to be as tiny as she is. ;D

Update from July 18th.

From Anne:

Well friends we all knew it was going to be an adventure-and that means never knowing exactly what comes next-and trying to be prepared with this. We set camp-two tents, three motorcycles, four best friends. After a delicious dinner of glorified top-ramen (Mel disappointed that we had no open fire to roast her super-sized marshmallows)we shared stories of past events and turned into our two tents for a solid , cozy, nights sleep-we were all exhausted! It began at 1:30am with horrendous crashes of thunder and the dark night lit up better than the fourth of July. A magnificent dry electrical storm. Scary but we braved it out 'til a few minutes later when the skies opened right up with a torrential down-pour! Everyone quick to their feet to secure what we could under the shelter of our tents. We handled it. Back to sleep. WHEN at 3;30am I awoke to what I thought was a water-main break just outside my side of the tent. I did what any contractors wife would do-YELLED to  Chris to fix it! As Chris fumbled in the very full tent to try to find his boots(or flip-flops as the case was) we all were to realize that we had erected our tents in a live mine field of sprinklers! GO FIGURE???? Anyhow ask Roger.........and check out the photos, night to all, Annie
