Clear Coat

The clear coat on my 2011 SE Ultra about an inch above the bottom of the rear fender has separated from the paint. Has anyone ever experience this?

How much of an area is peeling?  As long as it's not something caused by impact damage, and is really peeling clearcoat, it shouldn't be a problem getting H-D to replace the fender.  And you aren't the first person to experience problems with CVO paint.  There have been many many issues going back many years, with the peak coming in '05 and '06.  Take it to the dealer ASAP and get the process started.

Sounds like it could be repaired if they're unwilling to replace.  Esp. if it's only in one place.  spyder
