I love the yellow, but I purchase a 2011 SE Ultra (Black and Red). What to do.........

We all have to acknowledge that it is a personal taste thing....  But I am thrilled with BIG BLUE coming next week, and the "new" line up looks old and dated to me.  I mean the yellow and orange ones would be nice and safe, sort of Hazard Yellow, Hazard Orange look, but they do not look fresh or particularly artisitic.

Dbevins, wait a few weeks and see if the newness wears off.  Your Rio Red and Black Ember looks waaaaaaay better to me than the yellow..  I have only seen one in person, and it looked really good, a Classic.   But then again maybe I have good tastes..     Just kidding.

 I am really relieved for myself, with Big Blue in route, that the new lineup was so unimpressive.  2011 and 2011.5 FLHTCUSE6 STILL ROCKS THE HOUSE!

So, one of the color schemes is "Wicked Sapphire/Stardust Silver".  Now I know sapphires come in many colors, but we most often think of them in blue.  I can't tell by the pix on the web if this is a very, very dark blue or if "Wicked Sapphire" is CVO-speak for "metallic black".  I thought I detected a faint blue pinstripe, but my eyes aren't what they used to be when I was a young'un.

Very well stated Cowboy! Don't know about others but my local stealer doesn't have many stock 2012's on the floor much less any CVO's. +Agree none of the website pics do the colors justice so I reserve my right to accept or reject until I have seen them in person.

Waiting on seeing the new colors in person! No pictures so far have done justice. But still very happy  with the Blue 11.5!
