Ok well i finally figured out what was making the noise on the bike. After i put the motor back together and messing with other stuff. Found some asphalt left on the end of my kickstand and that the rubber boot was missing. put a piece of rubber tubing on the kickstand and got the asphalt off and doesn't make the rattling noise anymore. the asphalt was hitting the bottom of the primary and making the noise. Its amazing how noise travels and you can't find it.
