Great post and pix. Thanks Mano. Even though the tweets are extremely directional, I'll bet even the most critical ear couldn't tell the difference with the bike moving. Good job and I like your taste in music. Also hope thats not AM on the clock!  :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks rayson........I think it was the guitar solo in La Grange or was it Tush that fried my amp...lol. ;D

I have the Hogtunes 902.2/Amp kit installed, which is their amp and beefier speakers.  Hogtunes has told me that these Harley tweeters can be installed with their system with 'Y' jacks.  What are those?

Has anyone added the HD tweeters to their Hogtunes package?

BTW, anyone know the part number of the HD tweeters?  I couldn't find it searching the H-D.com site.

Thanks in advance.

So are you saying you did install the HD tweeters with the Hogtunes unit?  If so, anything to look out for?

No Hog tunes added...just swapped the gauges with tweeters on the 11' CVO SG to match the 12's locations...

Completed.

The gauges do not fill the hole and if you look very closely you can see it looks of center at the top right and left of each gauge. If you are sitting on the bike you will not notice it. You have to stick your head right in front of it to notice it.

Hope this helps anyone wanting to do the swap.

Mano.

Mano,
Nice job and a great thread! Question regarding fitment, you stated the gauges don't fill the hole completely, can or could this be an issue with water penetration into the fairing when washing the bike or getting stuck in heavy rain?

Thanks, Erich
