Thanks for all the welcomes!!
Someone laughed about my comment "won't do much to it"...........well, everything is relative!! Compared to my WideGlide, the CVO already has nice grips, nice floorboards compared to stock WG pegs, etc. I did add a lot of chrome to the WG, however I dumped several grand in the engine, but it was worth every penny. The WG does mid 11's in the 1/4 now.
Since I'm keeping the WG for around town hot-rodding, I'll probably be content with the CVO 110 engine as is, for a while, other than exhaust. If I get the urge to really rip thru the gears, I'll get out the WG, since it is ~250 lbs lighter than the CVO.
Thanks for all the suggestions on CVO exhaust! WG has V&H Big Shots, baffles removed and running Big City Thunder chambers/baffles. It is considerably louder than the supplied V&H baffles, but still holds some backpressure and does well on both the dyno and on the street/strip.
I was already leaning towards V&H Monster Ovals or Rhinehart slip-ons for the CVO.
Regards to all!
