Am I missing something here?
I am sorry to be the "fly in the ointment", but I'm confused.

We purchased these beautiful CVO Screamin' Eagle motorcycles because we wanted the best.
We purchased them full well knowing that they are considerably more expensive than the regular lineup.
We purchased them to be unique, especially with "numbered editions".
We purchased them without any promises of VIP service.
And obviously we purchased them realizing the value of such a bike.
Why now do some think we deserve more than what we received?
I've mentioned this before on another thread... I think the best thing the MoCo could do to enhance our ownership experience is to keep these bikes unique by limiting production. I feel that they are keeping some models way too long, such as 7 consecutive years of the SEUC and now 3 years running for the SESG. Even the SERG's are starting to appear more often than in the past.
I realize that the market is there and the MoCo is in the business of making money. However they started this special lineup on a very exclusive concept and I just feel they are "milking it" too much and loosing their creative flair with some... How ridiculous of them to have two model years (with added 1/2 year models thrown in for good measure) with the exact same paint scheme, just in different colours! They too must be getting tired of the same old thing??? I say this with all due respect to SEUC owners in 2010 & 2011.
I feel they would best serve the CVO lineup by introducing new models such as a Screamin' Eagle Heritage or maybe a Sportster model, and take a break from the same old thing... If they did this, I'm certain when they reintroduced a "new" Screamin Eagle Ultra in 2015 or 16, the dealers wouldn't be able to keep them on the floor! AND our value for our beautiful current model CVO's would hold or even rise a bit.
Just my humble opinion and 2 cents worth.
