Ken your mc is a piece of art
. I am so impressed. I started a list for mine after looking at your pictures. I need the chrome neck covers, the chrome starter cover and I looked at the web site for your horn and it appears that it comes with 2 airhorns beside's the flame cover. Did you mount the horns somewhere else on your scooter? Also, what extenders did you use for your highway pegs? With your chubby 575 bars, it does appear that they come back a few inches (would be good for me) but are they also wider than the stock? I'm worried that spreading my arms further apart could create other back problems. I love your tour PAC and all the extras you have added
I really like your pipes but after dropping 1K in mine, I'm gonna learn to love them! I will probably think of more questions, so you will be hearing from me

Hi Judy! Thanks for the kind words about Buster!
My horn is from Metal Arts in California. It is a Wolo Bad Boy inside... self-contained... just plugs into the two horn wires. BUT, it took 4 MONTHS to get it.... and about 6 or 7 e-mails and phone calls bugging them to ship it. I don't know how those guys even have a business doing things like that. I would not recommend them, frankly. Good casting and nice chrome... but the aggravation was not worth it. Or maybe it was... not everyone has a Big Chrome Ball O' Flames horn!

I used the H-D "Long Angled Highway Peg Mounts". They are on the P&A site... about $100.
The Chubbys 575s are awesome for me. They move your hands back about 2" (more if you angle them down), about 1" or so up (less if you angle them down), and about 2" wider than stock. The position is MUCH better for me. I don't think you will have an issue with the wider hand position... it's much more comfortable, and when you bring your hands back 2", moving them out is nothing. It's really a more natural position than having them closer together... your wrists are straighter, which makes riding more comfortable, and you get much more turning leverage, to boot. Plus, the 1 1/4" diameter looks KILLER... MUCH more substantial-looking than the puny 1" stock bars! They look nice and BEEFY... and the chrome on them is rich-looking and flawless!
I sold my Fullsac X-Pipe for $400 to a friend who couldn't get one due to production backlogs, and I sold my CVO cans with the Fullsac 2" baffles for $275. So, that paid for the S/C/S-4 including shipping, and only had to pay another $310 for the left-side ghost pipe. Worked out well for me... as everything on this bike has so far. I guess Buster chose his Guardian Angel pretty well... I hear she can fly pretty darn fast, too!
