Maybe Chip will see this when he gets home from MV and post. If not I will PM him because it is hard to see navigator with glare and wearing sunglasses! 8)

Here ya go:

Chip sent me one a few months ago and it works great.  He had to trim a little of the bottom edge to make it flush with the dash mount but it looks great and works great.  This will probable make the GPS clear the new windshield.  I'll let you know in a couple of days.

Thanks Tommy! :2vrolijk_21: This picture don't show much. Looks simple and it's pretty inexpensive. Do you remove outer fairing then remove GPS mount screws, install profit adapter, then bolt factory dash mount to profit adapter??? Be nice if there was a swivel mount that just clipped into existing factory dash mount but I'm sure that would be pricey. This looks like a low cost improvement! :2vrolijk_21:

Tommy, you have one of these windsplitter windshields coming? Take some pics after install please! Thanks buddy! ;D

Installation is simple.  Remove the GPS cradle from the dash mount, attach the swivel to dash mount and attach cradle to swivel.

The windshield is at the dealer.  Just need to pick it up.

Buy the way, I can tell you're still on light duty!  Posting in the middle of the day!

Hey Sammy! :drink: Just looked at their website and it's a nice looking shield! :2vrolijk_21: Looks just like the clearview shield but I like that Freedoms come in 9" height. Clearviews say using their shield is like using a shield 2" taller. Didn't see anything on the Freedom site to compare. Also didn't see where they measure from (center of bolt or top of fairing) :nixweiss: Prices are about the same, does freedom offer 10% off? Thanks!

JR,
No problem with clearance between the GPS and HD Windsplitter when using the Pro Fit swivel.  Don't have any pics of the GPS installed since I sent it to Garmin for repairs.
