I owe this decision to my friend JR.

I hadn't looked at the 2012 models until I went with JR to check out his sweet new CVO Ultra yellow jacket last month.  I really liked the looks of the bike.  We are all partial to different colors and mine is orange and black.  Well to make a long story short I made a deposit on a 2012 CVO Ultra Classic in electric orange and black diamond last Friday.  Tentative ship date is early December.  My wife and I are excited about this new bike and while I said the same thing with the 2011 RGU - this is my last new CVO (for a while anyway, lol).

While we have greatly enjoyed and will miss our 2011 CVO Road Glide Ultra it has the most trade-in value so it will have to go.

Yeah, well when the bike is actually here then pics will be made.  Until then I just have to drool over the CVO brochure!

Congrats!  I picked mine up Friday and am loving every minute of it.  The orange really pops in the sun.  Quite a bit more flake in the paint than I expected.

That bike is on the sales floor in Houma, La @ Mike Bruno's Bayou Country HD. Looked at it Saturday and looks better in person, Good Luck.

Thanks Boatman.  Just noticed your location in Ohio.  We came thru your area right after Labor Day on way home from Michigan.  Stopped by for a visit to the AMA Hall of Fame Museum in Pickerington.
