Need paint to match Lowers

I'm in the process of ordering the new style vented lowers on the 11 SESG to put on the 09 SERG. Any suggestions on who I could get to paint the orange and black sheme? I'm in NC. Any idea on cost and time?

LarryB helped several guys with that project.  He's in Franklin, Tenn.
