I was told that the person that makes doesn't hardly make anything on them. I don't believe the gentleman that I got it thru will go thru the hassle of dealing with it on a large scale.  It would be like a third party transaction. I'll be looking into possibly having them made locally.

Will you please give us the contact information of the person you bought it from?   I'm sure that he's wanting to make a buck off them or he wouldn't have been selling them at Biketoberfest. :nixweiss:  A name and number or name and email (or website) would be great!

Thanks in advance. :2vrolijk_21:

By the way, I'm moving this thread up to General CVO Topics since this would work on tour packs of any of the models and not just Ultra Classics.

There is no money to make on them! It cost me $20 total! $15 for the sticker! I gave him $5 for him to get it & mail it to me. He said he wasn't in it for the money & I'll do the same.

I'll will call him & see if he wants to deal with it, on a large scale. Then I will post all the contact info.

He wasn't selling them @ Biketoberfest! I saw it on his CVO & he said he would get me 1 if I wanted it.

Gabe, I'm not in it for the money! I guess you could have it made in your hometown!

Are they made of Stainless steel or are they tape like a sign company would do on their computer?

Looks like chrome Mylar (that's the stuff sign companies use).  For those interested this shouldn't be that hard to get done.

Find a local sign company that has a computer driven vinyl cutter.  Not an uncommon piece in that field.  Sort of like a poor man's CNC machine for cutting vinyl.  Then just take them a copy of the Screamin' Eagle script and have them scan it and cut it.

It is a  sticker. You can have them made at a sign company!

I just talked to the gentleman & he doesn't want to deal with it. He has no problem with me trying to have some made locally.

If I have the time I will check into having some made.

I just emailed Jim at custombilletworks.com and he is willing to make up the screamin eagle name plates and the eagle head logo but they had tried chrome and it did not work out to well . he recommends doing it in a nickle plate finish . He needs to know how many people would like one of these before he can estimate a cost as he would have to tool up. Just putting this out there and you can email him and let him know that you are interested depending on cost.Just let him Know you are a member of this CVO site.

I think the $20 I spent for the script was the best bang for my buck.

I don't want it if it's a decal. I also don't know the difference between chrome and a nickel finish.

Chip has a painter that does all of his, they look great.  I loke the concept, going to check with a local airbrush guy at a custom body shop close by.  Probably a little more than $15.00 but I really like the way Chip's tourpack turned ot.
