Sounds like you've got some kind of interference between the receiver antenna and the outside of your garage.  I just let the antenna hang down from the receiver, down beside and in front of the garage door motor.

I agree JC.  In our garage, the transmitter receiver is loacated on the wall in the back of the garage.  I can flash my lights as I approach the house and the door is almost all the way open by the time I pull up the driveway.  If I take it easy, I can roll right in without putting my feet down.  It's around 125' and works like a charm.

Or wheel balancing...

Now that you mentioned it...I do like the chrome wheel weights.

I've read several posts where the dealer had to replace a fender due to balance weights flying off...does it apply only to the chrome weights and/or the newer models?  I've never had an issue with the regular lead stick-ons on my past bikes.

There are other threads that speak to this but its the adhesive and not the different type of weights.  I actually think many folks didn't know their wheel weights came off.

I honestly like the bar and shield logos on the dunlop tires.  Its the little things that make me pause and take notice.
