close call on the new bike i didn't know i was going to buy

I have 150 miles now on my bike so I wanted to put more miles on before i put race tuner and new headers on.  Put my go pro camera on a friends bike and went for a ride today.  The last part about 4 18 into the video is the exciting part. This bike handles great just let me say.

had my camera on my friends hondas front blinker so it wasn't the best mount . Its a go pro 2 have 2 other go pros just haven't figured out where to mount them on the sg. I had them on my ultras engine guards worked great but with lowers on have to figure out how to make it work on the sg.

he had no idea he lost the bail. I decided to pass him in a left turn lane (stupid) but i didn't want anymore bails flying off his truck none of them  were tied down. So when i pass of course he puts blinker on and starts to come into the left turn lane. I knew not to do it should have just slowed way down incase another bail came off. Guess he saw me and I passed him ok .  Come on its a new bike let me break it in on my own lol

All the more reason why I always carry a pocket full of 1/4-20 nuts. A light drizzeling of them on their windshield at speed really grabs their attention.

Be careful about doing something like that in Virginia..... Throwing something from or at a moving vehicle is considered a felony and carries severe penalties. And with todays plethora of cell phone cams/ traffic cams etc. it's hard to get away with doing stuff like that anymore.
