NOT BIG numbers but nice TQ curve SM600 cam V&H power duals with fullsac 2.0 cores NO head work done yet going to send heads to deweys to have heads reworked.

Installed the fullsac B xpipe 2.0 cores on bike, SM600 cams by tman, TTS tuner,  all i could get out of bike was 96HP 109TQ i felt like the Fullsac header pipe was killing power with such a small collector.  I installed the V&H power duals with the 2.0 Cores with no tuning at all and the numbers jumped up with just the change of the header used the same tune that the Fullsac B xpipe had and look what a difference the V&H power duals made 102HP  112TQ   (Fullsac is BLUE)    (V&H is RED)

I don't see a lot of difference in the curves until you get up around 4700 rpms, then that's when the V&H starts separating.  Unless you're a racer, most people don't constantly drive up in that rpm range, so you'd probably never notice the difference.  So if you're into chasing numbers for bragging rights, or you race alot, stick with the V&H pipes.  I've had both the X-pipe and the V&H Power Duals, and liked them both, and I didn't feel any discernable difference in the "seat-of-the-pants" dyno.

I liked the  "B" fullsac. X pipes' contribution to the 118/118 results from my 107's torque Curve, it  enhances the build for that long smooth trq line , but remember it's only A part of the combination that relies on other mechanical factors, I would have looked at possibly the tune? Or conditions the tune was done under

Agreed. Since I keep my rpm's in the 2k-3k range these results just reinforce my decision to use the Fullsac setup again.  :2vrolijk_21:

Speaking of TQ curves.
Amazing how the shapes of the torque curves are virtually identical with two completely different exhaust systems and no tuning.
The experienced tuners are not being fooled.
