Id have hard time leaving so cal despite all of its faults. Most of the beach towns never get below freezing so all the plants and fruits grow great. Did i mention bikinis year round?

Not where I come from. Winter in Port Macquarie Australia is nearly as nice as summer.

I hated winter last weekend when it 'fooled' me  ... After having a nice Sacrameto Indian Summer week and thinking It would last through the weekend, wife and I decided to take a ride down the Delta. When we left it was beautiful and we were excited. After an hour the wind and a cold chill picked up turning the whole ride into misery (for BSR anyway).  Should I have turned around and retreated home within the first hour the weather turned sour???  Well maybe, because I'm still hearing it 3 days latter ??  ....   But you know what,, It was a blast pitching the bike at 30 degrees flying up i-80

it hasent been too bad yet here in north dakota, i got to go for a ride xmas day and again on jan. 9. that's unheard of around these parts.

Got home from work today and had to get the tractor out to clear the snow drifts out of the driveway before I could even get the car in the garage.  :furious  So the CUSE7 will be staying put until all this white #@%$ disappears and we get a good rain to wash all the salt off the roads.

Guess I'll be watching some football this weekend... it's -42 degrees outside and the high tomorrow is forecasted to be only -35.... yes that's right, -35 as the high.
