Here it is.  I have it on my '11 SEURG.  Haven't experienced it yet on the '12 SESG3

Haven't noticed that on mine yet.  But, I do seem to have a lifter that is slow to pump up after sitting a few days, or that's what it sounds like to me.  Once warmed up, it stops.

On something like this...the transmission "variance in stacking tolerances"...it seems like with a little more care in assembling the transmisstion parts, they could avoid stacking all the maximum tolerance components in the same transmission, and spread things out a bit more evenly.  That would require someone actually measuring parts and using their brains, which is too much to ask, I suppose.

Maybe some sawdust and 120 wt gear oil or straight up axle grease will simmer it down...worked in my 4 speed, stopped the leaking too.  :P

As many have said, It's under warrenty, let them work on it untill time runs out. Once you tear into it warrenty may be void on that issue?? You never know what HD may say?? Do not ride to dealer is a good idea!! Good Luck, I understand weird problems. Been there, Doing that! Mines in the shop right now! :drink: But....I Love my 04 SE-EGLIDE!!  ;D
