JC,

You're wearing out the roads and using up the nation's gas reserves.

What we've got here is... failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach. So you get what we had here last week, which is the way he wants it... well, he gets it. I don't like it any more than you men

Somebody has to keep the Ride Report board going.    :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:

Storm tomorrow but sunny again this coming weekend......where are we going?   Covered bridges?  :nixweiss:

The forecast here is rain on Tuesday (If storm doesn't split) and no more forecasted for 2 weeks. Somebody is in Venezuela and I will have to mention the bridges to her.

Route is laid out for these:

http://www.dalejtravis.com/bridge/californ/htm/0502901.htm

http://www.dalejtravis.com/bridge/californ/htm/05004b.htm

http://www.dalejtravis.com/bridge/californ/htm/05004a.htm

http://www.dalejtravis.com/bridge/californ/htm/0500401.htm

Oregon City would be my choice, and of course along the coast route... Think ya need a 3 day weekend for that one though and maybe another month or two to guarantee perfect weather... That one would make a fun group ride... This weekend??? Think I'd stick with Bridgeport Crossing.  Should be nice riding weather this weeken  :2vrolijk_21:

Not hardly......only a couple hundred miles.....4 hrs. of actual ride time.  Add a couple hours for photos ops, lunch, etc. easy to do in 7-8 hr. day.

Iron Butt is when we're touring across the country......riding 800-1,000 miles a day.

All between Nevada City and Chico area.

Had me worried that Bridgeport was on 395 south of Tahoe.

Bridgeport Covered Bridge is in between Nevada City and Penn Valley....not in Bridgeport, Ca.
