Hope it helps, Mano.  I'm not a tech or audio professional, and I don't have an SESG2 or 3, so I didn't read the Service Bulletin.  I did take a very cursory look at the first segment of the SB posted, and found it interesting that the SB calls for use of a stethescope (sp?) for diagnostic purposes.

This bulletin makes sense. The last time I talked with someone they did not get into it but they where suspecting a software issue.  :nixweiss:

I will be going to the dealership after work tomorrow just to see whats going on.

Thanks Carl. I forwarded the bulletin to the dealer wondering what it was and why my bike hasn't been called for update. Still waiting on their reply. Will keep you posted on the crap they will say.

Yep. This is what they have been waiting for. They will be doing my bike by Friday. I was told that all 2011's with the BOOM audio will require the update.
