The Need to Ride

Just couldn't stand it any longer, got my SERG out last night it was 52 degrees,, WOW it was GREAT !!! rode for about a
hour and a half and had a blast. Tomorrow its gonna be 65 and sunny and I'm gonna ride  ;D

 :)I get that feeling in Maine when it is expected to hit 40 F or above and the black ice has melted off the roads.

12 degrees F and 25 mph winds here in Korea this morning. Will wait till tomorrow.

Yeah, no black ice and I'm riding here in Boise! Right now it is 37* and will drop a couple more degrees by 8 AM. It should hit 44* today for a high. Great weather, heated gloves is my consession to the cold. I love my bike!!

It is certainly warm enough here to ride... Unfortunately even with hardly receiving any snow at all this year, they have still put too much crap on the roads to ride!

A couple of good rainfalls to wash it away, and we'll be ready to roll!  ;D

Same here in OHIO.................salt, salt, salt................ so bad that there are piles of it on the streets.

So, no riding in 2012 as yet - usually, the first ride in between March 15 and March 31st each year.

I know what you mean, I needed to ride.   It was only 6°c, but the roads were mostly dry except for some wet patches of melting snow.

I certainly need to ride! But it keeps RAINING on the weekends here. I would like to ride today, but there is some SERIOUS nasty weather headed our way from Mississippi and Alabama... we're supposed to get 1" to 2" later today and this evening. So Buster stays in the garage for another weekend... :smilie_daumenneg:

5*c and rainy here.  2weeks work...2 weeks in Costa Rica....2 weeks work....so 6 weeks before I ride. I just hope the weather will have broken by then.

I need it bad. The weather has been great for two weeks. But I,ve had jobs that needed to be keep on shedule. Damn work got in the way of Daytona. Now it's the weekend and it's rained for two days. :'( :'( :'( Sorry got alittle self pity going on. :soapbox:

Yesterday was the first ride here for me...had her tore apart waiting on time to do the Fullsac shuffle with the baffles.... WOW what a  difference 2" puts the sound at a respectable level while opening up the restriction of the stock muffs. Can feel the seat o'pants difference along with the great sound.
