i have to disagree with you there.
i think the purple 02 serk had the best paint scheme.

I would have to agree with you king.I have the 02 Purple and i love the paint scheme.I may be biased but what the hell.i think the bags on the 07 aren't up to snuff for me,but the drive train is definately worth it. Later,Q

Still don't care for the chintzy bags, EVEN with the flames on top, they could have done a good job with flamed, painted bags to match...but hey that's just IMHO.

Yep! I was mad the day the next SE series was released (2004). The factory was giving the extras that are on the Ultra and then selling it for almost $2,000.00 below what the 2003 SERK listed at. I spent considerably more to make my RK into the Ultra. But then again, I got to have that really nifty antenna...

I have to decide soon on the Razor Red it will be here next week and mine if I choose. The one thing I don't like from the pics are the leather saddle bags. My 1st CVO was the 05 SEEG and I liked it far more than the later Ultras for the same reason and for the money I think you got alot more in a 03 SERK and in the 05 SEEG

I had an '04 Ultra and I've had to get used to the reduced space in the smaller tour pack on the CUSE.  I'm considering the '07 SERK because I really like the Cobalt Blue and I think that having some kind of bags is really practical for any bike.  I've liked the bags on the Road King Custom, so it was easy for me to like the new SERK.  I had the '05 SEEG and agree that it was a great package, but too much like the CUSE.  It would be nice to have the radio/CD on the SERK.

anyone know where they might have a red one?  ordered one in july from my local dealer, but he says it won't be in till november.  they just got a blue one in and he said he would work a swap if we find someone that has one in red.

Candy Cobalt with pale gold flames is fantastic. I get a crowd whereever I ride. DOnt get it if youre shy!
