Picked up several of the HD 11273 o-rings today.
They are not the same size.

Jim on the rings that you used, did you match up the size?

On current HD bikes the o-ring currently chatted up is in the coupler rather than on the line.  Not a huge price difference to replace one versus the other so the point is the same.  Ease of replacement on one versus the other is different though.  Something like 75 durometer viton rings are readily available in large assortment packs and will live in a fuel environment fine though.  So if one could find a size that's right we do have options.
I understand the oring is in the quick disconnect coupler. That coupler us permanently attached to an internal fuel line. That is the line I was referring to.

The smaller O-ring in my picture above is from that coupling. I have ordered several different rings from several suppliers. Have yet to find a perfect match.
