Do you have to remove the rear fender strips to use a Corbin Dual Touring seat?

Most indicators say yes.... a quick test-fit will determine if you can leave them there or not

I have not bought a seat yet I was hoping someone has already tried it.  Trying to decide between the Corbin and the Hammock.  I know the Hammock will fit without removing them.

I just ordered the Corbin Solo Tour and I spoke to the Corbin folks about a couple of things.  First topic was the fender strips and they verified that I didn't have to remove them.  The second issue I had was that those seats supposedly do not work with the HD Detacheable Stealth luggage rack.  If mounted to the normal docking hardware, the luggage rack would be too tight against the passenger seat, but since I'm installing them onto the 4 point docking hardware I'm putting in as well (in case I want to go crazy and add a Tour Pak later), the  stealth luggage rack should work.  I can't wait for that seat to come in!   :cucumber:

Can anyone tell me if you need to remove the fender strips to mount the Corbin Calssic Solo with a Passenger Pillion?

So can some one tell me how the fender strips are attatched? are they taped or bolted?

They are taped.  I did not need to remove them when I put on my Corbin Classic Solo and pillion.
