Just got my "Blue" 2010 out of storage today. So good to be back on the bike. Snow or no it was a long winter. Have it in the garage and was just thinking about maybe trading up to a 2012. Granted the newer versions have a lot of things I would like although I have upgraded the seat added pegs, lowers and the ipod thingy. The one thing I want and I don't yet see is heated grips. Maybe next year? Any idea what the Candy is worth for a trade 12k miles mint?
Can I get out of this for 7K? (no way i bet, huh)

Full boat SESG and SERG next year to finally replace the SEUC run which is being replaced in the line up by a CVO Trike.....yeah that's it.

Trade in, anywhere from $21k to $24k.  Retail, $27-29k.  Money invested in the seat, pegs, lowers, ipod thingy, etc.; gone with the wind.  If you want heated grips, you don't need to wait for Harley to decide to make them standard (they probably won't).  Read some threads around here on the Heat Demons, which can be added to any bike and have a much higher customer satifsfaction level when compared to the inferior product from Harley.

I HOPE it doesn't... cuz then my wife will want to trade in her blinged-out 2012 TG "Beyonce" and get into the CVO Club... and that would put a big-time HURT on my wallet!

He's not going to go from a SESG back down to a SERK.  Once you're at the top of the heap......everything else is back down.

I have a chance to get a 12' but it won't be until June maybe, with the 13's getting announced around the end of july

I'm just looking for opinions. Usually the CVO's are in groups of two years for each model except the Ultras and the last Road glides.

This is driving me crazy trying to figure out what  to do..

You can always "delay" the pick-up of your 2012 order until the 2013 line is announced.  If the dealership is worth anything they will apply your deposit to the "newer" bike.

I'm lucky... my wife loves Beyonce, and the way she's now tricked out, there isn't much more they could put on a CVO TG that she doesn't already have... including CHROME CALIPERS, NICE POLISHED ROTORS, and Lyndall Gold+ pads as soon as everything arrives! The 103 is all she needs anyway. I've got a Big Sucker, Fullsac X-Pipe B, V&H Big Ovals mufflers, and a TTS tune in Beyonce now!
