Fullsac Cores
« on: March 20, 2012, 05:06:34 AM »

Does anyone know if Fullsac ship to Australia?  It does not appear you can do it on their website when you want to checkout - no provision for an overseas purchase?  Looking for a set of 2 inch CVO Power Cores for my 2011 SESG. :nixweiss:

Best to contact them directly and ask. They probably use a prefab web site that only formats US-style addresses. When I was overseas, I always contacted vendors with my local address.  Usually had no problem.  If you have no luck, repost in late-May (when I get home), and I'll send you my set.  Bought the 2", but decided to go with a set of 4" Rineharts instead.

I bought the  Fullsac stage 1 kit. Header pipes, 2" baffles and TTS mapping. Shipping to Australia cost about $130.
It took about 16 day to get here. I was very happy with their service and product

Thanks everyone for the information.  I will contact them directly and see how I go.  I am thinking now of 1.75s as the cops are on my tail over here.  I have power duals and had HI Output Slips ons on the bike, but got nailed a number of times by the constabulary!  I will then come back to the guys who have indicated they have some for sale.  Are the 2s a lot louder then the 1.75s?  :2vrolijk_21:

2" are louder than the 1.75's but not by much.  Just personal preference.

Purchased the Stage I Kit with 2" cores and found them too loud for touring. The powerful 110 CVO motor has the acoustical quality (a downside in my opinion) of a "hammering" effect which can become quite onerous on an all-day ride. I've been working with Steve at Fullsac for a solution and am pleased to report that he has just developed a new version of the 1.75" core which is significantly more quiet than the 2" version. I've just tested a set and can verify that the CVO hammering effect is greatly reduced! IMHO this is a wonderful product for more mature riders and those who enjoy long days in the saddle :)!

I've been using the 1.75 Fullsac baffles since late 09 and I've never thought twice about changing to anything else.

If I turn my stereo up all the way, I can actually hear it on the freeway and it's a stock system (with Hog Pod Tweeters).  I appreciated them right from the start because they didn't have that droan when you're out there riding for hours, like so many exhaust systems do. :2vrolijk_21:

Hi There in Aus,
If you e-mail Fullsac they will help, they offer a great service. Alice in customer service is fantastic.
I have just received a set of 2 inch for my 2012 CVO Street glide and will be fitting them today. I'll let you know how we get on, but drop them an e-mail thats what I did.
