Here is Karen and Me at Kentucky Speedway this past August on a benefit ride for kids. The ride end here where we got to take 2 laps around the track. That was pretty cool.

That was cool indeed! I got to take a couple laps on Texas Motor Speedway. We were told NOT to go up on the banked turns becuase if we were going too slow we would fall off. I was thinking "yeah right"................then we started around and the banked turns looked like a freakin vertical wall!!!!  Wow, it looks a lot different from the ground than up in the seats.

We were told to keep our speed up 70 mph and your right the banked corners was a vertical wall, now the sports bikes kicked a$$ around the track with speeds up to 150 mph. No one said anything because it was ride at your own risk. We did enjoy our 2 laps.  :2vrolijk_21:

NVTHIS, I was at that benefit ride.  If I remember correctly it was a little warm that day.  We took the laps around the track had a couple of adault beverages and headed home for the pool.

It's hot every year for the Sam Swope Run. Sam is in our HOG Chapter, he give a lot of money each year to kids. He's a great guy.  :orange:
