thanks again, I added 10 degrees rake, a local builder actually cuts the stock neck off and his neck slides over the stock backbone and is welded, 10 degrees and about 1 1/2" stretch.  I think it handles better other than at real slow speeds like leaving a stop sign and making a 90, then it has a little of the flop feel to it.
