I was getting so much email garbage from them I choose to opt out...now I don't even get free decal/poster offers from them.   :(.  ... A-holes, it's either all or none with them

Yes!  I did this as well!

Don't feel special that you're one of few exclusive people participating; I'm convinced every Harley owner gets asked.  The idiocy and redundancy of the questions in these surveys has turned me off to ever buying merchandise from them.

I'm sure if they were listening, we would have an oil temp gage instead of the useless air temp gage by now.  Or do they not ask the obvious questions about features?
