No...at least not the US version, and I don't think the International version either, thought the Int version did have some kind of valve in the exhaust system.  Not sure about Canada though.  But no Cat.

The V & H Pro Pipe is a 2 into 1 pipe isn't it? Their Power Duals are the closest they offer to an X Pipe if I'm not mistaken. Either way, if you changed the head pipes you have already eliminated the catalytic converter. Sounds like you have a good set-up already, I would leave it alone unless you want a different sound or look.
