My apologies. I missed the second page. Numbers look normal.

I appreciate everyone's input. I will ask my tuner if he warmed the bike up before the baseline run and why he went from SAE to STD.  I'm happy with the results and they are about where he told me they would be.

Here's ten pulls 30 seconds apart after the cylinder temp was at 200 deg. Just like magic, 5 HP!

I must have one of those new smart dynos!

Not really. It takes oil a lot longer to warm up and thin out giving the best power. It doesn't happen in one or two pulls. The friction is consistent
showing the greatest loss at the lowest RPM where the engine makes the least power.

According to my tuner, he did warm up the bike before the first run.  As far as using SAE on that run vs STD after the mods, he said that was his mistake.  Bottom line is I'm happy with the results and am now planning my next move: ie pistons, cams, and heads.  The insanity never stops...

Sometimes looking at the run number is misleading. We do baselines and have run numbers say 1 to 8. Then when we tune it might be steptest 1 to 26 and sweeptest 1 to 14. Then when we are happy we go back to labeling the runs as run# ???. So in the end you might get a dyno sheet that shows run 002 hp and torque baseline and run 007 as final hp and torque. Don't always assume you know what happened in the tuning process. It all depends on the dyno operator and how he labels the runs to keep track of what he is doing. Get some dyno training from DynoJet and you will understand it all better.
