It's their "Dresser Rain Cover"    http://www.exigentbikecovers.com/bikecovers.htm

Well made, elastic around the bottom so it stays put, and heat resistant silver part around the bottom...when it's on the bike, the only thing you can see is the bottom 1/3 of the wheels, or less.

Great, thank-you.  :2vrolijk_21:

Geza is great (not cheap) and I love mine - very compact...lesson learned: don't let it touch hot pipes...it may be veeeeeeery stretchy, but once it touches them hot pipes it goes like shrink wrap.

I really like the Harley Oasis cover. it folds down to next to nothing in it's own bag.  I keep it with me all the time.

Look at the Tour King covers---tourkingcovers.com---I've had our half covers for years now. They store in a bag about 4" dia and about 8" long. They're made in Texas.

Can't beat the Exgent, packs tiny in the provided bag, and the guys who make them are the ones in the booth at the rallyes. I talked with them for awhile at Sturgis. They work very hard, are retired and just trying to make enough extra to travel to the rallyes and have some spare spending cash. Had a problem with one of my covers and he warrantied it based on my description without ever seeing it.
Good people.
