Well understand it does not matter what you have for an engine. Unless it has a power adder they are all down this much on hp at high elevation..
As well it has been showen, proven, etc that the correction factor does get us very close. Even though its out side of the % that dyno jet would like to see. After taking bikes from here and running them in PHX we see accurate results.
I just got read a post about correction factor, funny read really.. A guy trying to re do the correction factor ..really trying to wrap his head around it.. Mike Rowland has posted on this very topic a ton of times. People will believe what they want, I'm fine with that, as we and our customers know that the bikes do make the power as countless past customers have run the bikes on other dynos for the "local HP shoot out" and they see pretty much the same power.
We have been beat up on this for a long time now. Any time those that are non believers want to really put there money where there mouth is. Be happy to take the bet.
Look at this stock bike and what it made for power.. WOW its way high ( kidding) look at the correction factor, however once the cam is installed the correction factor comes up and its an issue.
