Across the USA in 80 min.
« on: April 09, 2012, 08:28:54 PM »

Diagnosing an intermintant fuel and spark issue I rebuilt the Carb and installed a new CDI unit before my epic adventure. I headed out at Oh dark thirty PANHEAD JIMMY time, or as the rest of us know it, NOON. Before long I was cruising through the Sonoma Valley vineyards

And on through the Giant Readwoods

Stopped by the fountain of youth, but it must have been broken. I'm still old

Some BIG ole spiders in the South West

Down to the four corner states, I could only find one corner  :o

Up through the Rockies I battled torrential rainstorms

And white outs so thick you had to cut through them with a knife

Across the great plane states

Giant wilderbeasts around every bend

I managed to snatch one up for a little snack later

With the propper form, cornering was no problem on the blue beast

A beautifully Appalachian glacial lake

At times my speed was so excessive, the telephone poles looked like a picket fence. oh wait a minute...nevermind

Finally made it to the White House....where I was promptly told to return home.. Something about national security and Canada. Sup wit dat?

Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it  ;D :P ::)

Note to self, adjust brakes and turn on gas before attempting an epic adventure (Click on pic for video)

Yes, I was pretty beat after throwing the beast around minute after minute  ;)
After light rainy days for the past month and spending a beautifull Easter weekend with the G kids instead of riding, I was needing to get some throttle therapy any way I could  :2vrolijk_21:
