I typically go about 1 1/2 - 2 Hours if I am solo.  I like to take small breaks to keep me refreshed, and to drop another water bottle into the holder for hydration.

If I am with a group, and I am leading, I usually get requested to stop sooner than I prefer - but I know this going into the ride.

The ride is not the amount of time but the ride itself just slow down and enjoy the moment.

It depends where you are on The Riders Curve...age, amount and severity of crashes, inducement to bad things...many people ride many miles, many people ride few miles...just ride, choose a fully dressed gee-dunked dyno monster or nice boring stock type....Stay safe and smile.

If you want to ride anywhere here in Alaska... you'd better be ready for a minimum of 2 1/2 hours...  on average throughout the season up here, I get in about 50 miles a day.  The ride back and forth to my alternate living space (hate using 4-letter words) is only a 15 minute ride... so I sometimes take the long way home just to wind down.   8)

Most miles in a day, about 550.  A typical Sunday "all day" ride, 175 - 450 miles.  Stop about every 1 1/2 hrs. for a pee and a stretch.

As long as I want, by myself. But the group I ride with it's only about 1 1/2 hours before sombody has to pee. I will admit after a couple of hours my butt needs some blood flowing thru it. Wife says I got no azz.  :confused5:

Depends on the ride.  I've gone tank to tank for 15 hours, and I've gone 2 miles to the local tavern :drink:

I just ride as far as I can before my PC chits the bed. Then I unhook it, ride home, replace it, and go again.... Or just go until my buddy has to stop and tweak with his shovel.....

On the Harley not so far because I run out if gas. On My BMW R1150RT I could get 270 miles. And with a Corbin sadle installed I did not even have to get of the bike at gas stops!!

Sturgis to Chicago was a quick breeze on that bike!  (I miss her)

On the HD I stop When I need gas.

When  solo a max would be about 600 miles, with my Lady on the back it would be until she gets tired, bored, thirsty or hungry
