Corbin Passenger P and chopped tour pak

I just installed my new Corbin Solo Classic on my 2012 FLHXSE and now want to get the passenger pillion.  I was reading some older posts a few years back where it was saying that the passenger p will not fit with a chopped tour pak without some mods to the passenger p.  Can someone tell me if this is still the case with a 2012 SG?  Or will it fit without mods if I order a new passenger p for my 2012, when I have the chopped tourpak installed also.  Thanks.
