I am so much happier with the sound of both the Stereo, and the pipes, Im getting Dyno'ed tommorow hopefully, but I can tell it runs much better now already with the just the pipes and new map. It just seems to flow a lot better, less shaking of the motor, before it was jumping all over the place, although we did find a broken motor mount during our repairs, Ill have to get that repaired now too, ....Jim is the best, he had to re-thread numerous holes I would strip out by over tightening the bolts, (Don't know my own strength?) Also broke some lock washers along the way, so I added some new chromed allen heads every where I could to make up for it.
Wifey went for a ride with me, she hates the tour pak not on, mainly cause now she has to actually touch me by holding on I think. I assurred her that I will put the tour pak back on any time she rides with me, which will be a lot less from now on as far as Im concerned, ...hehe.

Mike, it was great seeing you Saturday.  It's been too long.  The bike looks so much better without the tour-pak, and I know what you're saying about Jim's work.  He's the only person touching my bike!

That is a great looking job. Do you still have the rear speakers connected and functioning when the tour pak is on the bike? Could you add the lower speakers to a bike and still use the rear also if you do not intend to make the tour pak detachable? I bet the bike handles very differently without all that weight hanging off the back end.

Mike opted not to have the rears connected, the tour pack will not be on the bike very often. They could be set up so that they still functioned with the factory unit and have the other speakers on the Hawg-Wired amps.

Looks really great Mike. You've given me the fever. When I get back from Sturgis I'll be shopping for detachable hardware I'm sure. Super pictures Jim. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

With the 4 channel, and the speakers in the lower fairing, I dont see the point of hooking up the back speakers, the sound is fine like it is, and Im sure much better than trying to hear the music thru the many layers of the passengers ass.

Ernie, your right, its been too long, but Street Vibrations is right around the corner. And/Or, when Im not ripping apart Jims house on the weekends, Im up for a road trip.

Looks good! but that tour pack sure is handy. I wish like a lot of others the MOCO would have made this a easy remove and install tour pack.

Looks great not at all what I had in my head that they would look like. Thanks for the pics.  How did you run the wires to the speakers in the lowers on the crash bars?
