Ouch
You will need to go back to stock pistons to run that cam or change cams because in the 110 they start with high compression and now the problem got exaggerated.
Tuning can help some but not when there is such a mismatch of parts that there is very high (excessive) mechanical compression.
If the dealer did this I would be asking for help, financially that is, as I would not let them near the motor again.

It has the SE 255 cams and HD SE High Compression Pistons.

Boxman, I think if you double check you have the SE259 cams that came as part of the 110 upgrade package, not the 255 stock cams.

Jerry, you are correct. I had the wrong number in my head.

Sorry I jumped in with both feet. That cam is fine at that compression. I suggest tuning as a solution.

Follow up on my tune. It comes to find out it is when the bike got hot it was the most noticeable. This timing was off by 6 degrees between 2500 and 2750 RPM. Dealer took care of it and she runs perfect now. 6th gear at 65 and no knock and ping. I can ride it like I always rode my old bike. Thanks for all the input guys.

Thank you for the follow up.
I'll have the timing checked as soon as possible.
I posted a video of my pinging on uTube

In the video I can hear how noisy my engine is.

Turbo357, i was watching your video and looking at your RPM's. It looks in the same range as i had a problem. It sounds like it disappears as the RPM's get higher. I was able to pinpoint the exact range for the dealer and they were able to duplicate it. Take them the video. It only helps to give them the best info. Good luck.

Well, I took it  to the shop that did the last repairs.  It's been 16 work days since I left it with them and NOT a word. I dont think they even touched it.

Turbo357, I would pick it up at the dealer an take it to another. The Dealer I work with takes care of me the same day I drop it off. As a matter of fact the service manager always walks me out to my bike and gets me off. Some dealers are a PIA. Just need to deal with one that takes care of you. Good Luck. Sorry you are having problems.

Took less than an hour to fix pinging I had with that kit and the canned tune the dealer installed to run in the motor. 16 days is 16 days to many.

Twolanerider; yes

I took it in on July 16th for a July 17th Appointment.  Now, 21 work days and not a call yet.

Yesterday, I had a meeting with the dealership owner. He let me used a bike until my is fixed. This morning he had a meeting with the shop team and also rode my bike.

THE FIX !!!
The lifters were changed to the Hydrosolid lifters when the repairs were made at the first of the year. They only needed to Adjust the Valves.

I HAVE IT BACK, FINALLY !!!

Late in the discussion but what is the factory cam before the 110 upgrade? Had knocking as well when open throttle, but went away after my oil change ... Time for Stage II  and looking in direction of the Andrew 54 ... opinions?

I get some pinging and rattle sinxe I built my high compression stroker but also remember you probably have beehive springs like I do and they are more noisy as well.  I think you are alright.

Well, here's an update: the valve adjustment didn't help too much.  They then replaced the Hydrosolid lifters with the stock lifter. That Still didn't help either. After a second oil pump had broken, they checked the runout and bingo they found it out of tolerance.  It was out of because they used a dremil grinder on the crank shaft before installing the oil pump and hydraulic cam chain tensioner.  I just got it back today after 2 months in the shop getting new fly wheel and rod assembly.  It seems to be better but I'll know for sure when the weather gets warmer.
