it's not Deely that requires the extra international brake light. It is a DOT requirement for imported vehicles.

It is the same one that is on the 2011 CVO Road Glide. It is VIN protected.

i had the ugly pig nose light but changed to a US fender , cost was around 900 USD for everything.
